Yes, fellow Mice, it is now official!

I'm going to be a Grandmother!! My daughter, Ciara aka iWarlock here is having a baby! She had her ultrasound done yesterday and is about 9 weeks along. Looks like a Gummi Bear right now.

Anticipating the arrival of this little bundle of joy on May 17th, which just happens to be her birthday too!

Congrats Hope!

I guess I can be called Granny Hope, kinda a tradition in the family.

There was Granny who was the kids great grandmother and now there's GG, the kid's grandmother, GG = Granny Grandma.

I'm gonna be busy crocheting a blanket for the little one.

Update!!

We are having a boy! Ciara got her ultrasound done a few days ago and the baby is doing good. It was amazing seeing my grandson tapping his head and stretching. He has really long legs and what we can tell from the video, he has Ciara's chin and Adam's ears. Everything looks really good.

The due date is still May 17th. His name will be Berkely Scott.

This is one happy Grandmother!

I'm done with the blanket. It's green, blue and cream, that was before I knew what sex the baby was. So it was uni-sex.

Now I'm working on a cross stitched quilt that has jungle animals on it, since she is going with a jungle theme for the baby's room.

I'm also doing the baby shower with a jungle theme.

Well they were hoping for a girl, only to break the cycle of everyone having boys on Adam's side of the family.

My son Aaron was the first boy to be born on the Braden side of the family.

Also, a girl because of the Alport's Syndrome that we have, but we're hoping that it will pass over this time around. But if not at least we know what we're up against.

The baby will be well loved no matter what sex it was and that's what counts the most.
