Wind Eagle of the Super-Mutant Nine Uncolored Wind Eagle is a former member of the Vorsanian Sky Force (VSF) of his homeworld of Vorsan. As such he still wears the uniform of his former military organization and still uses the stadard isssue VSF jetpack and laser pistol. In addition to his equipment as his name suggests Wind Eagle has command over the winds. He can create and control anything from small gusts to huge tornadoes.
No love for the Eagle huh? That's alright, I admit that he's the weakest design out of all of them. But, I like him all the same, the group wouldn't be the same without him.
