Well, he's kind of like an amalgam of Aquaman and Green Lantern. So, yeah, who but be would make a character on a rainbow trout, but also who but me would come up with a mix like that huh?
(Plus, like Pijon mentioned with the Kirby influence with the pose and the board, and since he is also an alien mutant, I guess that you could say there's also a bit of Silver Surfer in there too. Only me guys, only me.

Star. Seriously, though he has several aquatic foes that hail from his home planet, a water world known as Warth. One of them is a fish-man like him called "The Angler" who is an evil fisherman despite being a fish himself, and another major foe of his is "The Whale" who is actually a man from Earth with devices that allow him to breath underwater and control soundwaves. The Whale is also in charge of his own gang of oceanic criminals known appropriately as "The Pod."
