Lol, this is quite good Hope. You've gotten much better at drawing. The use of the Terrifics is cool, the little guy seems familar to me but I'm not sure where I've seen him.
Wow Hope! You really opened the old memories with this one. Tom Terrific could have been a great superhero himself..he could transform into anything. That weird voice just wouldn't invoke much fear to his enemies though.
